Residential Surveys
Our RICS-regulated residential surveys provide comprehensive assessments for property purchases. Specialising in pre-purchase evaluations and defect reporting, we identify structural issues and maintenance requirements in homes across the South West. Our detailed reports help buyers make informed decisions while offering practical remediation advice for existing homeowners.
Commercial Surveys
Commercial surveying services cover pre-acquisition assessments and dilapidations reporting for business properties. We evaluate building condition, compliance requirements, and maintenance liabilities to support commercial property transactions. Our findings enable businesses to understand obligations and negotiate appropriate terms for rented or purchased premises.
Planned Maintenance
Professional planned maintenance strategies help property managers budget for future repairs and replacements. We develop costed maintenance programmes for residential management companies and commercial clients, incorporating lifecycle costing to anticipate expenditure and ensure buildings remain in optimal condition over time.

We prepare schedules of condition, resolve disagreements, and ensure adherence to The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 during renovations or structural modifications affecting shared boundaries.

Report
Paid 1000 for full structural survey. On hindsight a waste of money. Having been in this property for two months found the following not picked during survey. Damp in lounge, walls need tanking. Water coming through roof where extractor fan passes through. Ensuite leaking in to bedroom, floor needs replacing, completely rotten under carpet. Rotten joists in loft. The report is a glossy copy and paste effort. Save yourself money and if you know a builder they could easily pick the faults with any potential purchase.

Report
Paid nearly 1000 for a full structural survey of a house i was to purchase. Within 3 days of moving in the roof was leaking in 3 places. This was not flagged up on the survey and upon climbing into the roof myself old damage clearly visible to me in multiple places and then on further inspection internally in the house at the point where it is coming through the ceiling clear evidence of longstanding water damage. Now facing possibly a new roof. Incredibly disappointed with the service from this surveying company and would not recommend.
