Money back if they dont pinpoint issue like the website says. Spent around 1 hour with meters, blamed a leak in the guttering but did not even drill into wall like report said the engineer should. Would not pay £350 things i already knew. Not thorough as i expected. I was getting same service for £150.

Paul and Robert visited my flat to help us understand the damp readings reported and diagnosed by a RICS surveyor as rising damp. Not only did they go through every part of the report - they were able to rule out damp and helped to diagnose a shower leak which was causing false readings in one area. I really cannot recommend Damp Detectives enough.… They are literally saving me thousands of pounds!

I can’t recommend these people highly enough. Richard came to our property and carried out a very thorough survey and produced an in-depth report explaining in simple terms what we should do to combat our damp. Please get them in before you spend a fortune on messy and often pointless injection treatments.

Robert from the Damp Detectives was very professional, informative and willing to go the distance to investigate all the various damp issues I was experiencing. I was quite skeptical at first as I had never had a damp survey carried out. It has saved me a lot in building costs. I would highly recommend him.
