We recently sold our Guesthouse in Paignton with Waycotts. From the start of our negotiations to completion we were treated well and with professionalism. In particular, Claire, who dealt with us the most, was amazing - always returned our calls quickly, answered even the smallest queries honestly and swiftly, called round in person to calm us down when near to completion things seemed to be going pear shaped.........always genuine in her empathy and kindness we feel she went the extra mile and we would not hesitate to recommend Waycotts.

I sold my guesthouse in Torquay using Waycotts in August 2018. Both Martin and Clare were very professional. We anticipated the sale taking a few years, but we received an offer in a few months and completed within 8 months of putting it on the market. We encountered a few bumps on the way, with solicitors causing issues, but Martin was always there to reassure and ensure the process ran smoothly. I would absolutely recommend this agency. Martin has decades of experience of commercial sales and this show. A very satisfied customer.
