Absolutely disgusted by the treatment we have received from Envoy Property Management (a Vickery Holman company). A problem that should have been addressed months ago has still not been resolved. Was hoping that the re-decoration of our property (which was seriously damaged by a damp problem, not addressed by Envoy) would be completed today but have come home to find damaged furniture, paint all over the carpet and overall a very poor job. Have systematically been ignored by Envoy and Vickery Holman, who have failed to return calls and reply or acknowledge emails and letters. Shocking. Would not
