The Cake Guru opened in 2010 to provide a one-stop shop for baking and sugarcraft supplies. Our ethos has always been that if we wouldn't use it ourselves we don't sell it to our customers so all of our sugarcraft products have been trialled by us before reaching the shelves. Our bespoke bakery specialises in making unique cakes with an emphasis on personalised detail.
Classes

Our evening class schedule is currently suspended due to the cornonavirus outbreak restrictions. We will use strengthened sugarpaste to model a detailed figure with emphasis on how to create effective and expressive facial detail. Large feature roses however require quite different techniques to create and hold the desired shape.
