
From our family farm in Auchtertool, West Fife, we produce artisanal bacon and pork from our homegrown, hand-reared pigs. We care about what we do and that starts with ensuring the highest welfare standard for our pigs through excellent stockmanship. We use traditional methods at our on-farm butchery, dry curing our bacon and hand-linking every sausage.

Our fresh pork is the outstanding result of generations of farming experience, produced to the highest welfare standards to ensure happy pigs. Our pigs are allowed to mature slowly to develop a full and distinct flavour. Each cut of pork is hand trimmed by our team of expert butchers to ensure our customers receive the most delicious meat.
Bacon and Gammons

We pride ourselves on the flavour and texture of our award-winning Puddledub bacon and gammons. Dry-cured using traditional methods and smoked here on the family farm, the flavour is able to develop gradually resulting in delicious bacon. Because we don't add any water during the curing process, our bacon and gammons cook beautifully without shrinking.
