We raise Scotland's largest buffalo herd using ethical farming practices. Our animals graze freely on lush pastures, producing meat with lower fat content and higher protein than conventional beef. Available cuts include steaks, mince, sausages, and specialty products like stroganoff meatballs. All meat is processed in our award-winning butchery.
Buffalo Mozzarella
Scotland's first buffalo mozzarella is crafted daily in our on-site dairy. Available as fresh balls or pearls, our cheese features a protected geographical indication status. The unique production process preserves traditional Italian methods while using Scottish buffalo milk for distinctive flavor profiles.
Farm Shop Retail
Our Kirkcaldy farm shop offers a comprehensive range of buffalo products alongside local produce. I've heard a lot about this place and have had meat delivered before but this was the first visit. It's a beautiful place. We stopped for lunch and picked up a load of bits. The meat from the shop is top quality and worth it. Although I would say that the prices for sitting in was a little on the expensive side. Great service though.

I visited "The buffalo farm" this morning with my husband, lots of parking space, great place good food and good coffee. the mozzarella is very good, I hadn't eaten it so good for a long time. the staff are friendly and helpful.

We cant commend and recommend Buffalo farm enough . Were based in USA and wanted to send Christmas packs to all our relatives . Three orders of various items were sent and delivered promptly exactly as promised . Every recipient was beyond pleased with the contents and several commented that the haggis and mozzarella was some of the best theyd ever had . Thanks to all at Buffalo Farm , well be back and plan to come and visit the cafe next time were home to visit

Mozzarella is first class. Potted meat is great and the steak and gravy pies are "pure dead brilliant." I must also mention that the ladies behind the counter are extremely helpful and friendly.

Had our breakfast in the Bothy at the Buffalo Farm today. It was our first visit but certainly won't be our last. The surroundings, atmosphere and food was lovely. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit an enjoyable one. Definitely worth every penny, can't wait to go back. Would highly recommend a visit.

Fabulous .. the staff all amazing who helped us into the shop and restaurant with my Mum in the wheelchair. They chatted to us and explained a but about the farm and where the buffalo were at this time of year and also about the shoots on the nearby land. The food delicious and service/attention brilliant both in the shop and restaurant .. thank you
