I had an Introduction to Public Service Interpreting with ABSOLUTE at the end of May this year. Emal has deep knowledge and experience on the subject and tried to engage all the participants, which was mission impossible having in mind the big size group. Interesting role playing so we can spot the mistakes. Not easy to conduct a course of this type on line. The connection was bad and I could not hear everything at all times. My recommendations are:
-Smaller size group
-Something written to be send per email after each session with the most valuable information e.g. bullet point, table, etc

On the phone,I been advised that the price for 4 pages is around 40.00 for 2 days,or if I want in same day,will be around 60.00 but,the price can differ. If from 60.00 will jump even to 100.00 for one day is understandable, but no to 399.00 for 5 pages,this is ridiculous.

A great Company who does not only stand out for their extra ordinary Interpretation & Translation work but also places great importance on training Staff and educating them with real life scenarios. Mr Emal who is the person in Charge is very professional and precise at what he does but also very understanding and helpful at the very same time. Having contacted several Birmingham translation services, Birmingham Translation Agency was the first to respond and above all their quote was much cheaper. I was promised to receive my translation within two working days but to my good surprise I was sent the translation the next day via email as well as in the post. I personally received a quality and professional.service. Highly recommend their translation services to anyone looking for a fast and cheap certified translation service.
