I am highly impressed with this wonderful company, I was let down and scammed by another washing machine repair man, it was 6pm and I was in a mess with a job interview set for tomorrow and no way to freshen up my interview clothing with a broken washing machine. Rapid Appliance Repair/Wakefield Appliance Centre came out to me by 8 pm all the way from Wakefield to Dewsbury and fixed my machine with new brushes so that it is now working like brand new.

This is after the scammer said my machine needed a new motor. The scam repair man left my kitchen in a real mess but this guy from Rapid Appliance Repair/Wakefield Appliance Centre even asked me for a mop to clean the floor where the machine had leaked a tiny bit. This is service with the utmost of respect, really kind, considerate, friendly technician, nothing was too much trouble. He doesn't normally work evenings but he made an exception for me as I was in such a mess here.

Drove from Pontefract to see what they had for a washing machine small budget of about 80. Door was locked so I called them, told the gentleman I didn't have a big budget, thinking they would be helpful, (because a lot of the reviews were good) and he said the cheapest they had was 130. On the window big sign saying from under 99. Pretty rude to be honest but I guess it's a lesson learnt.

Wanted a cheap electric cooker. The guy was honest regarding the condition of the cooker, it had a few marks on the outside, but was clean and in full working order. Delivered and installed within a few hours. For the service and price very happy. Would definitely recommend
