Our dishwasher broke down and (recommended by a cycling friend) I cold called Jason's mobile. Michelle got back to me within 24h and arranged a visit, from Jack, the next day. Jack was very capable, took the time to explain, clearly knew his trade. We were so pleased to find such a capable and straightforward repair outfit that we asked him to take a look at our washing machine too. We've moving forwards with them on both machines.

At the end of August, our dishwasher suddenly decided to give up on us and after reading several reviews for local domestic appliance repair services I reached out to a couple of them. The first company (I shall not name) responded with an automatic email, which informed me that One of our office staff will phone or email you shortly but I never heard anything else from them. The second business was South Yorkshire Domestics and I received a full and comprehensive reply, regarding my enquiries, within 24 hours. After two visits involving, first, a thorough inspection of our defective appliance
