From the moment our property manager asked you to call us to arrange a review of the washer/dryer the process has been so smooth and easy to follow. You had lots of flexibility and worked around our very complex shift pattern, the engineer who did the original call out was very friendly (wore a mask) and quickly diagnosed the problem. The options for replacement were a very fair price and arranged promptly. The old washer/dryer was removed with the new one being installed while we were out of the flat. Everything was left very neatly and clean and the new washer/dryer is working really well

Outstanding service from A&E
We've been trying to problem solve our dishwasher leak for weeks. The guy from A&E homed in on the problem in seconds - a tiny crack in the spray arm. It cost less than 50 to solve whereas we'd been panicking that we might need a new dishwasher, so we were super satisfied and highly recommend.
