Simple repair costs make Miele a throw away item, sad when they are supposed to be so good. 20 year expected lifespan is like if your single and take your washing to your mums. If you have kids dont expect long after the 2 year guarantee and then you cant even get a normal white goods place to fix it so you will have a massive call out fee if you want it fixed.

I've visited this store a couple of times and got a Tumble Dryer and Vacuum Cleaner Bags from the team. Showroom is bright, airy and has a lot of different products on display. The team are really knowledgeable about all the Miele products, friendly and very helpful with any queries - and the coffee was pretty tasty too!
