I first came across Phillipa Lepley when I started to look into the option of a custom made wedding dress, as I hadnt been able to find anything that I liked. But because I had a maximum budget of 5000, I ended up visiting the store to try on sample dresses. The Head of Couture showed me a dress that shed help to design, and had a sample of in stock. Despite the fact that this dress was 8000 (3000 over my maximum budget), she suggested I try it on and I instantly fell in love. Highly recommend, the most beautiful dresses I've ever tried on. The detail was stunning and the fabric was out of a fairy tale. The people who work there are attentive and helpful, they made me feel excited and assured. I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!

From my experience I would highly recommend Phillipa Lepley. They were very personable, professional and efficient, everything you would want when choosing your wedding dress. I had no set ideas of even the style of dress I would like. From the first visit they were so honest and very skilled with the advice and guidance to help suggest some initial designs. I, in fact, chose the first one they showed me in the end. They were patient, nothing was ever too much trouble and that was in the middle of a pandemic! The quality and precision of my dress was second to none. The corsetry was exquisite

Quite a bad experience. I booked a sample sale appointment and found my dress elsewhere so I decided to cancel in advance and they dont even refund you the cancellation fee! They are money spinners and not at all customer friendly. Its a horrible experience for a bride trying to look for her dress, all they care about is taking your money, they dont care about you as a bride at all. Would not recommend to anyone.
