My daughter is getting married in July and Helena Fortley was her first visit to a bridal shop. She fell in love with one dress in particular but decided to look at some more just to be sure! Four different shops later she came back to her first love! Sally has been amazing, so lovely, kind, helpful and professional! She goes through the procedure of ordering your chosen dress to the fittings once the dress has arrived. Both my wife and daughter loved the experience and they would highly recommend a visit for your very special, exquisite wedding dress. Thank you so much Sally! X

I went to Helena Fortley with no idea of what I wanted and the staff were just amazing in helping me choose, in the end, had about 5 dresses that were all beautiful and the difficulty was choosing just one! I then had to get it adjusted and Anna is a genius at this! Dress was perfect, I can't imagine anyone going in there and NOT finding an amazing dress, such a lovely experience from start to finish, cannot recommend Helena Fortley enough!

What can I say about Sally & her team! After trying on copious amounts of wedding dresses at lots of other shops I was recommended to come to Helena Fortley, and I’m so grateful I was. This was the only shop I… went to where I felt completely comfortable and Sally is so genuine. My dress was completely different to what I thought and sally was the only one who pushed me out of my comfort zone and I’m so pleased she did!
