Growing up in a creative family, I always loved art and design. However, my cake story only started thanks to my lovely aunt-in-law who made our wedding cake 26 years ago. I was amazed at the stunning and intricate sugar flowers she had made and I wanted to learn myself. I made my first wedding cake (badly!) in 1995 for my sister's wedding and my love affair for all things cake began.
