Paid 40 for an engineer to come out, advised me I needed a new module for the dishwasher 3-4 week wait approx and 140 to do. My other half returned from working away that day early and decided to do himself as good with things like that and when he opened it up a wire had come loose and just needed pushing back in. I waited 2 wks before I called the shop to ensure that had bn the only problem and dishwasher was working OK just to be sure. I explained to man on the phone what had happened and he took details of my visit. I would have been happy with paying 40 if it was just the wire as long

I rung abbey domestic yesterday morning in need of a fridge freezer urgently. I wasnt able to get into the shop but the man was happy to send me photos of what he had available. He was incredibly helpful and patient. Within an hour and a half our fridge freezer was delivered and the old one taken away. Again the delivery guys were incredibly polite and helpful. Highly recommended. Fantastic service all round.

Had prob with electric oven element had blown out the next day all done very quick good price 20 to 30 pound cheaper than other quotes
