Certified trainers adapt exercises to individual needs, ensuring safe progression and measurable results through varied weekly programmes.
Pilates Instruction
Specialist Pilates classes led by Level 3 certified instructors develop core strength, improve posture, and enhance body awareness. Using both mat-based and equipment-assisted methods, our programmes address spinal health, pelvic stability, and overall mobility. Sessions range from beginner to advanced levels, including targeted courses for specific needs like pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Women's Health Programmes

Group Training
Small-group training sessions create a supportive environment where members motivate each other while receiving individual attention. With varied class times and intensity levels, these sessions balance social interaction with technical instruction, making fitness enjoyable and sustainable through shared progress experiences.

I have been coming to this gym for two years now. I will admit I have tried nearly every gym in oswestry and this is by far the best. You get personal workouts which is fabulous and the instructors are always on hand for advice. Such a lovely team that work here and can easily just have a normal chat with them. I would never change gyms! I was a bit sceptical about the price to start with but what you get in that package is unbelievable! It is like having your own personal trainer without the costly effect.

I love this gym. The classes are for ladies of all abilities, you are closely supervised and encouraged throughout. It's very affordable, you don't have to sign up for monthly payments, you can just opt to pay as you go. The gym is easily accessible in the centre of Oswestry. If you're dithering, as I did, just take the plunge and go and have a look! You'll be glad you did.
