We purchased a property through them and they became the key contact in what was a very difficult chain. Having sold through an online agent ourselves Brearley & Rich filled the gap as we got no support from the online agent. When you get into a difficult (9 month) chain you need high quality professionals to see you through and Brearley & Rich were outstanding - highly recommended.

In a difficult environment and market, Johnathan was incredibly patient and trustworthy which is worth a lot when trying to sell your house. He kept in touch and was careful to ensure only genuine buyers viewed the property. In a sales process that, in my opinion, suffers from appalling communication throughout, Jonathan was the only person who kept the channels of communication open and who could tell us exactly what we needed to know - and all with a good sense of humour. Highly recommended.
