I just wanted to say how wonderful Laura Summers has been during my short tenancy with you. I work in retail myself therefore I know what good customer service is and I must say hers is excellent! She has done nothing but surpass my expectations and she is always willing to go the extra mile. Smooth process, inventory, deposit scheme, repairs and check out, all was fair, objective and in time. They even forwared some post to my new address. Never had a problem with them. This was the only agency I found which offered a nice house where I could have a dog in it.
