We recently bought a property from James Pyle, everybody we dealt with was very helpful and promptly returned phone calls or emails. We were kept updated at every stage of the process, which was very much appreciated. An unexpected problem occurred on the morning of completion, whereby our Vendors Solicitors were unable to check that our funds were actually in their Bank Account due to an online banking glitch. When our Solicitors informed us of the problem, I contacted Sam at James Pyle and asked her if she could try and sort out the problem. She immediately promised to do so and then phoned us

Special mention to Ollie who did some extra qualification and took an informed chance on buyers who didn't, on paper, match the criteria, but are now living in the property we sold ! The team at James Pyle conduct themselves professionally and are excellent at coordinating and managing viewings and pushing a sale through to completion, managing all parties in a professional manner. They no exactly what prices can be obtained for a property, due to the years of experience they have and we have been extremely happy with their service on both of our house sales over the past 5 years.

Generally estate agents get a bad name but the team at James Pyle break the mould.
James himself is clear and straight talking and extremely professional. He's got the balance right between friendliness and professionalism. Ollie is a sweetheart is conscientious giving me regular friendly updates. He went the extra mile when I was away when he came to let the surveyor in on his day off.
Kirsten took on the job when it was clear some negotiation was needed. She handled the whole process with great care.
