I would avoid at all costs. I was concerned about renting through a 'one man band' and I was right to be. Everything started very strangely when Daniel insisted on regular visits (I also own and let a property and visits are annual for managed properties - regardless of agency). Every time something went wrong I was sent someone who seemed to be a relation or friend, not someone from a local company e.g. locksmith. I even had to had work re-done privately to make my own home secure. Unfortunately i've also now been left out of pocket for 2.5 weeks and no sign of my 1600 deposit. I have had to

I had worries about selecting a good letting agent to manage my property, but Daniel from County Property has not only given me reassurance but is highly knowledgeable and experienced. Unlike estate agents who are letting agents on the side and are thus generally less responsive, County Properties have been responsive and I get good value from using their services.
