I have just recently sold my house through Roots. They were very knowledgable & professional during the whole process. They were always available & extremely patient with my endless questions. They made what is always a stressful time a little easier with their calm & efficient manner. Everyone in the office knew the details the sale, which meant any queries I had were quickly answered I would without doubt highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent.

We were amazed with the smoothness and efficiency of selling our house through Roots Estate Agency. The house went on the market on Monday, 12 viewings on Tuesday, 7 offers on Wednesday and sold on Thursday. Can't wish for better than that. Dealing with Roots was a pleasure, especially
Conor Holt, responding promptly to emails and phone calls and handling requests efficiently.

I bought a property that was marketed by Roots and have to say they are fantastic agents who treat you incredibly well even though I was the buyer. From the first conversation they make you feel valued as a prospective buyer and they treat you like a client regardless.
Additionally after the sale is agreed they are helpful and responsive to all questions and have great empathy for how stressful the process can be and totally understand where they can help things progress quickly. I cannot recommend they highly enough as a buyer and Im sure their service as a seller would be equally fantastic

From start to finish the team at Roots were extremely helpful and professional. Craig did a great job showing us round multiple properties (he said he would find us a property and he did!), advising us on how to proceed and we never felt pressured, which you can with certain estate agents. Ashley initially answered our hundreds of first-time buyer stupid questions and took us all the way through the process to near completion where Conor took over. Both went above and beyond to make the stressful event of buying a house easier and even helped chase up solicitors on our behalf to speed up the moving

Roots was recommended to me by my neighbours. From the first meeting with Craig I felt I had made the right choice. He was professional, easy to talk to and understood my requirements regarding the type of viewings I was seeking (no time wasters). I then met Conor who along with Craig, conducted the viewings. Again he was professional, smartly dressed with a relaxed manner (no pushy sales talk) so I felt I was in safe hands. In no time at all I had a few viewings lined up and next thing I got a really good offer on the property,
