We came across a village house listed with Brockenhurst which was lovely but not for us. Matt the agent listened to our specific criteria and called us the next day to say a house had just come on the market & he felt would be the perfect home for us. We viewed it immediately and it pulled all the heart strings, we put in an offer which was accepted. Matt was very responsive to queries to ensure the process followed through as quick as possible. He also arranged further viewings at a weekend to fit in with work, a few months down the line and we are in our new home. Excellent service, nothing was

Clare Baden and her team at Brockenhurst Lugdershall were brilliant, through viewings, the negotiation and the whole completion process. Queries were always answered promptly and in full. When we picked up the keys we got a "Welcome box" of tasty treats, nice touch! I suspect that vendors receive the same 5 star treatment. Thanks Clare.

I booked an appointment to have a viewing today. They assured me on 3 calls that I would be the first person to view, as the tenants would not be out until end of last week. The earliest viewing was the 15.11.2021. I ring up to confirm after seeing ad says let agreed. Took no responsibility and said nothing they could do and that I should have been told.
