These are such strange times but it means so much to me to be able to invest some time on a Wednesday and a Thursday to join your wonderful classes.

I followed another of your multilevel yoga class, the last one of last term I think it was, enjoyed it very much. I followed it with the Earth Gong meditation. Just wanted to say how great the portal is, I love how it is easy to use and ordered, with so much to choose from. I love the little quotes and pictures dotted in between.

Online Zoom weekly classes during term time and Yoga Portal, a resource bank of practices. True freedom is letting go of that which holds us back and stepping into all possibilities within us to shine our brightest. Earth, water, fire, air and ether. Over 10 hours of videos, both Gentle and Multilevel, with mudras affirmations and relaxations.

This day will be a beautiful opportunity for you to relax into gentle movements, experience a sound bath and energy practices to nourish a tired heart. As we Let go of stress we feel more relaxed and uplifted, this is a beautiful act of self care gifting yourself these nourishing practices. The Mini Retreat is available to all abilities - beginner or experienced.

I have been attending Ruth's Gentle Yoga classes for a number of years now and enjoy them a lot. We do not attempt many classical yoga postures but work on keeping the whole body flexible through a variety of less demanding routines and exercises. We also receive a gentle exposure to other aspects of yogic practice, such as breathing techniques and chanting and finish each session with much-needed deep relaxation.
One To One Yoga

A private yoga session is a beautiful opportunity to work one-to-one with Ruth. These sessions are great if you are new to yoga or if you wish to go deeper into your existing practice. Some people prefer working individually than in a group, some like to have a few one to ones to gain confidence before coming to a group class.
