The health and safety of our students and staff is our top priority, we continually monitor advice from The Government and Public Health England so that when you practise with us you do so with the knowledge that all guidelines for social distancing, safety, hygiene and cleanliness are being met if not exceeded.

With 15 different types of classes, 37 classes a week and hot, cool and warm styles to choose, we've got it all from Bikram to Aerial to Yin. Classes available In Studio via Livestream and On Demand. Yoga Lounge Bournemouth is a place to release the stress of every day and return ourselves to our natural relaxed and happy state.

Meet The Team

Amber opened yoga lounge in 2012 when the rat race of London became too much and a life by the seaside beckoned. Since then she has added four children and three dogs to her ever busy yet happy life. You'll find Amber teaching or practising hot yoga, working away at her desk or on mum duties in equal measures.

For Livestream once you've booked in for class you'll receive an invite via email to join the live session around half an hour before class starts. In Studio classes have a 6 hour cancellation window, due to the current reduced studio capacity please note there will be a 15 no show/late cancel fee after this time.
Beginners Info

You do not need to have previous yoga experience to try any of the classes with Yoga Lounge. Yoga can be a daily practice. The more often you come to class, the quicker you will see results and benefits. At least 3-4 times per week is recommended to see real changes. All classes will bring stillness and clarity of mind.

Explore the joy of exercising whilst airborne. Take your practise off the mat and into the air. Let's fly! Aerial Yoga is an innovative type of Yoga using a low hanging, soft suspended fabric hammock to aid traditional yoga postures by supporting your body weight. The weight of the body is supported, encouraging students to achieve more aligned postures through relaxation and breathing.
