Tenant Admin Fees

A holding deposit of 1 weeks rent which will be offset against the initial rental payment should the offer beaccepted. Once we have your holding deposit, current legislation stipulates that the necessary paperworkshould be completed within 15 days or such longer period as might be agreed. If at any time during thatextended period you decide not to proceed with the tenancy, then your holding deposit will be retained by ourcompany.

Contact Landlord and Tenant prior to the end of tenancy to discuss renewal or termination. Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors to a maximum of 500 without prior consent.
