Osteopathy
Osteopathy at Wiltshire Osteopathy utilises hands-on techniques to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal disorders. Our practitioners address pain, mobility issues, and postural imbalances through structural, cranial, and visceral methods. Tailored to individual needs, treatments promote natural healing and long-term wellness for patients of all ages.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy services focus on restoring mobility and reducing pain through targeted exercises and manual therapy. Designed for post-injury recovery or chronic condition management, our approach combines evidence-based techniques with patient education to enhance functional independence and prevent recurrence.
Sports Therapy
Sports therapy addresses sports-related injuries and performance optimisation. Our therapists employ sports-specific assessments, rehabilitation programmes, and preventative strategies to support athletes in achieving peak physical condition while minimising injury risks through tailored training advice.
Remedial Massage
Remedial massage targets muscle tension and soft tissue dysfunction using deep pressure techniques. This service alleviates chronic pain, improves circulation, and enhances recovery from injuries by addressing specific areas of strain or overuse identified during initial assessments.
Prenatal Care
Specialised prenatal osteopathy and massage address musculoskeletal discomfort during pregnancy. Techniques safely relieve back pain, pelvic instability, and postural strain, promoting maternal comfort and preparing the body for labour through gentle, pregnancy-adapted interventions.

Had my first session with Evie today. She was so lovely, we chatted non stop. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained things to me and sent me away with exercises to help me improve before my follow up.

I have never been to an osteopath before. (Im 65). I neednt have worried as Evie set me at ease, discussed my problem, explained exactly what was what and got on with carefully manipulating the injury site. Very happy and already partially eased.

Having had a discectomy some time ago I was cautious about seeing an osteopath after a fall & developing sciatica. My concern proved foundless as Sharon was easily able to understand my relatively complex problems & subsequently effectively begin treatment. Already seeing a marked improvement & look forward to further sessions to enable further recovery..
