Services
Osteopathy
Our osteopathy treatments use gentle manual techniques to realign the body's structure and stimulate natural healing processes. This approach effectively addresses back pain, neck pain, and joint issues while improving overall mobility. With practitioners holding Masters degrees in Osteopathy, we combine deep anatomical knowledge with tailored treatment plans to help patients achieve lasting pain relief and improved physical function.
Chronic Pain Management
Specialised treatment programmes target persistent pain conditions like fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and long-term injuries. Our therapists develop individualised management strategies combining soft tissue work, exercise rehabilitation, and lifestyle advice. By addressing both physical symptoms and underlying causes, we help patients regain control over their daily lives and reduce reliance on medication for chronic pain conditions.
Sports Therapy
Comprehensive sports injury management covers prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions. Our qualified sports therapists treat both professional athletes and recreational exercisers using evidence-based techniques including gait analysis and strength conditioning. With experience supporting rugby teams and endurance events, we provide pitchside care and tailored recovery programmes to optimise athletic performance and prevent future injuries.
Gait Analysis
Advanced gait assessment identifies biomechanical inefficiencies that contribute to pain and injury. Using video analysis and physical evaluation, we detect movement pattern abnormalities that may cause recurring issues. This service benefits runners, athletes, and individuals with chronic knee or back pain by enabling targeted interventions that improve efficiency and reduce injury risk through corrective exercise and footwear recommendations.
Event Support
Professional medical support for sporting events includes pre-event preparation, injury management, and post-event recovery services. Our qualified team provides first aid cover, emergency trauma care, and sports massage at cycling, rugby, and running events. With therapists holding Sports Trauma and FREC3 certifications, we offer pitchside support and clinical reporting services while working closely with event organisers to ensure participant safety and optimal recovery outcomes.

Visited Andrew a couple of times and I'm very impressed with his skill. Easy to get along with and keeps you informed about what he's doing (and how much it's about to hurt!). Very good follow up with personalised exercise plan to get you back on track between visits. He's very responsive and amenable to changes to appointments.

Ive had a few appointments with Andy for some on going issues Ive had with sciatica and problems with my knee. Andy has been amazing, he is so professional, and thorough. He made me so at ease throughout my whole treatment. He gave me some excellent information on how I can help myself moving forward he really knew what he was talking about and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was always very realistic to what I personally needed and I will definitely be going back to him for my future treatments, but for now Im like a new women, thanks Andy

I worked with Andrew for almost the entirety of 2019, having set a very ambitious target for my first marathon, compounded by a recurrent knee problem that was affecting my early training. To say he literally re-built me is no joke. From gait analysis and gait re-engineering, through strength and conditioning training, via nutrition, physical therapy and psychological advice, Andrew supported me every step of the way and the results were amazing. I emerged a much stronger, faster runner and theres no way I could have even gotten close to my target time without his help.
