Acupuncture is a very safe treatment, without lasting side affects and a natural way to balance your body and restore health. After an extremely challenging few months with physical and mental health, Ruth was recommended to me by a friend. I have been incredibly impressed with Ruth's approach to my treatments.

About Me
Report
I've been a professional Acupuncture Therapist since 2007 completing a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture and being licensed by both Reading and West Berkshire Councils. I first became interested in Acupuncture after a friend suggested I try it for pain relief. I became fascinated by how acupuncture works and the many benefits it was giving me.
Chinese Medicine
Report
Chinese Medicine is a healing technique which is over 3000 years old. It is based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow. Acupuncture helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a qualified and registered Acupuncturist, I provide a calm and relaxing environment to allow patients to reduce their stress and anxiety and begin to heal.
How Acupuncture Works
Report
Acupuncture is a healthcare system based on ancient principles which go back nearly 2000 years. Today acupuncture is widely used in many walks of life from the premium league to the Olympics. The practitioner makes a diagnosis by asking questions and looking at your tongue and feeling the pulses on both wrists.
