The drivers are absolutely amazing, very polite, the cars are always clean. However the prices are very high and not consistent too. Being charge between 8 to 10 pounds for a 7 min ride is way over priced. I understand the lack of staff and the staff needs to be paid, but I'm pretty sure the drivers will take 1/3 of that value or less home. Soon I can find another company I will not be using u guys anymore. Also the app crashes a lot. Most Fridays and Saturdays is not working at all.

Quality. Not like their Southampton conter parts. I use these all the time now. They are always around in Southampton most days, especially when at the hospital. Much more reliable than local firms. NO DRIVERS IN THIS COMPANY HAVE FALLEN ASLEEP WITH CUSTOMERS ON BOARD!! BEWARE RADIO TAXI SOUTHAMPTON, drivers there fall asleep at the wheel regularly!

Used this company for 30 years. Brilliant service. However!l
20 mins late for pick up and confusion over return taxi. I understand the company is short of drivers if anyone is looking for a job!
