Critical:Professionalism
Didn't have a card machine so had tp go to the shop got told 11 poubd before going to the shop I had already handed over a 5 note got to the shop and got a 10 pound note out gave gine the pound from my bag and the 10 and he didn't give back the 5 pound

Our friend booked an 8 seater to take us for a 60th birthday celebration. Booked by email and received email confirmation. No taxi arrived. When phoned to chase they said they had no booking. After several lengthy heated phone calls they eventually sent a 6 seater plus a car about 45 minutes late. The whole experience ruined a very special occasion. Complete lack of remorse from office staff although the drivers were really nice.

So upset, taxi driver did not arrive to take us to our coach. Booked at 4.30pm for 7.40am next day pickup. Was told it hadn't been put on the system by night staff. Rang other taxi companies and was told they'd let a lot of people down this morning. We have now lost our holiday as they didn't have anyone to take us to the next stop!!! Very disappointed as have used them before and it was fine but a lot of money has now been lost through no fault of our own.

Booked a Taxi a few days in advance of an event I was attending. I had to be at a coach station for onward travel so I booked the taxi with plenty of time to spare. The day and time arrived no taxi 15 minutes passed no taxi. I called to see what was going on and was met with yes, itll be with you soon. 25 minutes no taxi 45 minutes (this was my onward travel was due to leave). Called again and was told he was there and waited for 10 minutes, then left. I was waiting from 5 minutes prior to collection until the 45 minute final call. All the time on the pavement. I explained
