Booked them and they never showed up, and didn't answer their phone when we called a few times to see where they were. Terrible.

Every time I've called Ryde taxis I've found them friendly, efficient and reliable. They seem to have the best availability of all taxi firms on the island and do their best to fit you in, even when you call last minute having just stepped onto the fastcat in Portsmouth and they still somehow manage to be there to meet you off the boat on a busy evening. They are the first firm I'd think of calling and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They take cards in all their cabs too which is very helpful.

We stayed at Seaview for the IOW festival which put us a fair distance from the festival but Ryde taxis were amazing they made sure the 7 of us got to the festival and back safely and securely despite being very busy every driver was friendly and helpful with advice . Keith I hope you got your engine fixed and can we have an update on whether Wes had a baby boy or Girl ? Thank you everyone we dealt with.

Customer service was amazing over the phone. Driver was scraped our luggage twice when entering and leaving. Swearing at other road users and just missed an older couple by inches whilst speeding into the pier. Should not be on the road.
