We ordered a taxi on a Saturday night in August it was 35 mins late and when we called them they just kept saying its coming but no one rung to say it was delayed in the first place and they werent really interested, luckily a friend picked us up, my worry was that could of been my daughter stranded on her own as she uses them (she wont anymore). We then ordered a taxi in advance for 12.20am on 23/09/21 from Bognor station unfortunately our train was delayed so we rung to keep them informed and they had no record of our booking. We have always used them but I think that is it now for us!

Love this company, been using them for 35 years. Our driver even dropped back my scarf, I left in his cab, the following day to me! Great service, great drivers, feel very safe and confident with them all

Thank you Derek for getting us out in the country to a wedding .The place was out in the sticks with nothing else around! Taxi was on time both going to and picking us up from this place - lovely smooth drive and very comfy and Derek was an absolute gent. Very reasonable rates to. Will definitely be recommending Ace to friends and family. Would also like to say the lady and gentlemen in the office when I booked were extremely helpful and friendly.
