Can't recommend them enough. From initial contact to installing our new boiler, their service was superb. Fitters arrived on time and were very friendly and tidy, even though the weather was terrible. They didn't stop working all day long. Electricians were equally as friendly and tidy. Insulation took 1 day which we were extremely pleased about.

Never had to replace a boiler in my home before so the fantastic advice and options presented to me on first contact put me at ease. I was given a specific time and date for my installation, it was carried out in a day and the fitters left no mess. I have no problem recommending Macbrook Gas as the customer service, price and standard of work exceeded my expectations.

My partner's mother who is in her 80s and a full time carer for her chronically ill husband used this company for a new boiler. They were competitively priced and could do the work quickly. That's where the positive comments end. The people who fitted the boiler left a mess in the loft where the boiler was installed and outside where a flue was resited. No receipt was given for a significant sum of money. The wireless programmer to control the boiler did not work after one month and initially phone calls to report this were batted away by 'you'll need to contact the manufacturer'. I emailed the
