Asked for assistance for a commercial property as people having to work in approx 5-8 degree temperatures, was told by the office to use our current provider though I had explained our current provider was unable to assist due to Covid. Not impressed. We could have switched provider if their service was good but not touching them with a barge pole now!

Boiler failure prompted immediate response and parts obtained overnight. Boiler fixed and hot water restored next day and faulty motorised valve and immersion element fixed into the bargain.

Tried to get them to quote 3 times for a new boiler. No shows and no contact from them on every occasion despite promises and apologies made by the office. There are much more reliable firms out there Ive discovered.
