As well as supplying meat to the local population of Hellesdon, Norwich, we also supply our full range of meats in large quantities for the catering trade including pubs, restaurants and caterers across Norfolk.
Pork

Supplied by Jimmy Butler the National Pig Farmer of the Year in 2005 our pork is allowed to roam free and grow naturally -without the use of hormones or antibiotic growth promoters. The pigs are fed on a natural balanced diet which is free from genetically modified products. Sourced just across the Norfolk border, in Suffolk, our free-range pork steaks are tender juicy and succulent.

Our lamb shoulder is incredible when slow roasted. Given the right amount of hanging time the lamb shoulder is full of flavour so you don't need to add too much to it to create a fantastic dish. You can choose your shoulder of lamb in one of three ways; with the fore 1/4 bone in, the raised bone or have it removed.
