The Willow restaurant in Pateley Bridge is a traditional English Cottage Restaurant having a quiet and intimate atmosphere set in an eighteenth century, oak beamed cottage. It is owned and run by head chef Margaret Ninness, whose creative hand is responsible for the excellence of the cuisine.
All our food is freshly prepared on the premises using local produce, which includes Nidderdale Lamb, locally-caught trout, and fresh sea fish from the Yorkshire Coast.Because all our dishes are prepared individually from fresh ingredients, we can usually accommodate special diets.
