Fantastic food and service from Darren and his staff. Just a great experience all round The best meal we have ever had! Darren has been a chef for over 20 years. He's worked as Head Chef with groups such as Piccalino, Executive Chef with Mitchells and Butlers and PCDG, who are the largest restaurant group in the UK, running sites such as the White Hart in Pool, Deer Park in Leeds and Pine Marten in Harrogate. Darren has also worked with the likes of Marco Pierre White and Paul Heathcote to name a few.
