We have just bought a property through ML Estates Seaton Delaval and I could not recommend them more! They are so friendly and helpful they go out of there way for you, we had abit trouble with are own solicitor and Caroline was an absolute star in getting everything sorted! We have dealt with many other estate agents in the past and non as lovely or as helpful as ML. I can not thank them enough!

Even though I didnt sell my property through M.L, I was buying a property through them and I was experiencing a lot of bother from my buyer. My estate agents (pattinsons) were a waste of space, everyone was passing the buck, no one knew what was happening, so no one could tell me what was going on. Staff at M.L are 5* especially Caroline; She pushed and pushed to get info and was regularly phoning me to give me updates, something that pattinsons should have been doing! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend M.L to any family or friends and will definitely use them in the future should I ever decide
