I recently purchased a flat through Stanford then got them to find a tenant and co-ordinate some works that needed doing. They were absolutely fantastic throughout. Special mention to Phil in the lettings team who handled that process. Clear, quick communication, very knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. Top notch estate agents.

I used Stanford Estate Agents in Eastleigh to manage the sale of my house and Wow, what a great bunch of impeccably well dressed and smart appearance guys they are. I genuinely didn't know that they don't just come out and take a few pictures and advertise it, but there is so much more from arranging mortgages for buyers, arranging legal teams for both buyer and seller, being the people to show people around on viewings, dealing with issues as they arise for both buyer and seller, talking with solicitors to get updates, and keep everyone informed. My husband and I were tenants with Stanford for 5 years, and we really enjoyed our time with them as our agent. Phil was always too happy to help, got any problem we had (which were few and far between anyway!) resolved quickly with our landlord. The service has always been excellent, and response times quick anyone looking to rent that comes under Stanfords excellent management should be reassured that they are absolutely fantastic agents to work alongside and youll be well looked after!

We had the whole team involved in our sale and purchase, our flat sold in the first week of going on the market and then Bradley at Stanfords went out of his way to find us exactly what we were looking for. It was a very long process as the seller wasnt very motivated but we were kept up to date all along. Bradley is very down to earth and approachable and always happy to take our calls no matter what time of day. Thank you for all of your help. We have been in our new home for a number of weeks now and love it. Highly recommend Stanfords estate agents.

I have been dealing with Mark at Standfords! He's shown me round multiple properties and having been actively looking for the past 4 months with many estate agents in the area and I can comfortably say he's the beat person I've dealt with. He's extremely punctual, knowledgeable about all the properties he's shown me and most importantly approachable! He's spoken to me about various properties in his own time on a Sunday and in evenings.
