Just sold my house through Lawson Rose. They have been an excellent estate agent. They were helpful and informative. If there was no one to answer the phone immediately they would always ring back within 10-15 minutes. They kept me up to date with what was happening with my buyer and were very reassuring that things were on track. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good estate agent.

I have purchased a property through Lawson Rose and my whole experience with them has been absolute pleasure. Having worked for an estate agent in the past, I know first hand that some agents are not the best to say the least. However Lawson Rose have shone brightly by being very helpful, well organised and with great communication. To top it off all agents I dealt with have been very warm and friendly. I will 100% be back to use their services in future when I am ready to either sell or let my property.

Working in marketing I can see why these guys have several 5* reviews. They acted on behalf of the seller of the property I was buying in Southsea, but all the team were great with arranging viewings, liaising with my agents & especially when there were miscomms about timings (probably me). Special mention to Emma there, the sales progressor, probably played the most important part in our house move and I will always be grateful to her. Will use them next time when we sell, recommend you do the same.
