Wayne and Joe at Hythe and Waterside Estate Agents wholly deserve this five star review. From the initial consultation through to exchange they were prompt, courteous and professional. Of the three local estate agents they valued our house the highest and utilised an 'open house day' method which achieved three offers at full asking price on the very first day! This then achieved an additional bid and acceptance which clearly wouldn't have been possible if it was sold in the traditional manner. We were lucky enough to be able to put an offer on a house that weekend for a house also sold by Wayne

We purchased our house in Dibden Purlieu 2 years ago through Hythe and Waterside and it was the best decision we could of made!

Do not do business with the Lettings side of this company, they cannot be trusted. We viewed a house on Christmas Eve that we fell in love with, the same day we paid the 150 holding fee and referencing fees in order to secure the property with an agreed move date in one months time due to notice being due on our existing rental. At this stage we were both happy and looking forward to moving into our new place despite the rent being slightly higher than market rents in the area for similar properties and the house not having white goods that we were prepared to buy. My wife and I purchased our first property through the (now) assistant sales manager of Hythe and Waterside. I can honestly say that he made what should of been a very daunting experience incredibly seamless and pleasant. No question was too much, and he really did go above and beyond on multiple occasions. We made the right choice!! After a lot of deliberating we chose to go with Hythe and Waterside Estate Agents and I am glad that we did.
