Make you jump through all their hoops!! Even go to the trouble of saying you've been accepted by the landlord for the tenancy! Just to rip it from under you due to "unforseen circumstances". The only positive experience I can take away from this is the gent who showed me around was a true professional!!

Just wanted to say I've been a Tennant who's landlord provides services through Field Palmer since 2008. We've been extremely lucky to have received good communications, empathy, understanding and flexibility during these years. We have 6 monthly checks although many find this annoying/invasion it's part of their role and keeps houses checked for faults damage etc which we accept. Always friendly on these home checks and more recently Sarah Thompson is really prompt when arranging professionals to fix faults. I would recommend and so far have no complaints.
