While pruning, we always routinely remove dead and diseased wood. This process, known as 'dead-wooding', reduces the risk of deadwood falling in high winds which may cause damage to buildings and vehicles, and helps the health of the tree.

When removing a tree or large shrub to ground level, a portion of the trunk, including the roof structure remains in the ground, this is call the stump. A tree stump can remain in the ground without causing harm, however you may wish to replant, lay lawn or other hard landscaping. We can also level and prepare areas of ground and lay turf or grass seed after removing stumps.

We can provide extra services such as chopping the felled trees into logs for firewood, cutting stumps or disks. Brash and branches into can be processed into woodchip for mulch or compost. For future expansion of our business we are interested in other businesses with industrial log splitters or small mills who might like to work with us.
