Arun estates runs cubbit and West. House firstly (as I suspected) over valued by 80k. When after a year it sold, after sales care shocking. Chain fell through 24 hours after they said we had a complete chain, however cubitt and west failed to check chain integrity and were unaware sale fell through. I chain chased, found out it had fallen through and informed Godfrey (horley manager) who was angrybwe had chain chased, denied it had fallen through and angrily said 'what do you want to do About it then?' Very rude, unprofessional staff. In the end we dealt with the chain ourselves cutting out cubitt

Worst service ever! Money grabbing. No support. A week after moving still no deposit back or any phone calls. Took 366 for no reason at all no explanation! Please do not put yourself through the stress of these agents!
