If I could have given them no stars I would have... both ladies Simone and Linda are incredibly rude and derogatory towards both myself and my partner, weve been renting through them for nearly three years and we have waited and waited for things to be done. At one point we were left for months and months with a gas leak with two children under three in the property. They have made living in this property an absolute nightmare, they do not care about their tenants at all not the properties they seem to keep the landlords sweet but obviously they would as thats their pay check...

We rented a property through Sussex Lettings for 3 years. The personal attention and service we received as tenants from both Simone and Lynda was prompt and considered from the outset.
