I was born in Gillingham and have lived in the area all my life and have had a love of tennis since a very young age alongside other sports. I was invited to help a small friendly outdoor tennis club in Gillingham fifteen years ago, and during my involvement, I could see there was a need for all children in Medway to have the opportunity to play tennis.
We now have this fabulous facility, with coaches in place to train children for the future. Our aim is to stimulate a renaissance in tennis and make Medway a healthier and happier place to live. If we can create a few tennis stars along the way for Britain, all the better. We also have a premium gym with all the latest equipment, health suite, badminton courts, fitness class studios, function rooms, restaurant, and bar all spread over four acres.

Our dry-heat wood-panelled Sauna will leave you feeling relaxed and stress-free. The heat from the sauna relaxes the body's muscles, improves circulation, and stimulates the release of endorphins. Endorphins are the body's all-natural "feel good" chemical, and the release provides a radiant "after sauna glow".

We have a range of membership to suit all types of requirements from racquet and gym to platinum. Peak membership includes all our opening hours and off-peak is Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. Avenue Tennis isn't just somewhere to play tennis or visit the gym; it's a sanctuary. A place where people feel welcome, are known by their name and feel like it's part of their lifestyle: a place to work out and a place to recover and unwind.
