Hills Jewellers has been a part of Felixstowe since it first opened its doors in 1921 and was originally based at 85 Hamilton Road. In 1999 Margaret Harris decided she wanted a shop, by the seaside and bought Hills the Jewellers in Felixstowe. She already owned the well established Flitwick Jewellers in Bedfordshire.
