Our gastropub dining experience combines traditional British cuisine with contemporary presentation. Seasonal menus feature locally sourced ingredients, including aged roast beef and fresh produce. The restaurant's open kitchen and vintage-inspired dcor create an atmosphere of refined casualness, perfect for both special occasions and everyday meals.
Private Event Hire
The Pavilion private room accommodates events from intimate dinners to large celebrations. With capacity for 25 seated guests or 100+ for standing events, our flexible spaces feature vintage sporting memorabilia and modern amenities including AV equipment for weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
Craft Beer Bar
Our bar showcases Badger beers brewed in Dorset since 1777, alongside innovative Outland craft brews. The curated selection includes traditional ales and experimental flavours, with knowledgeable staff available to guide tasting experiences. The copper bar area provides an ideal setting for casual beer appreciation.

We're open Monday-Thursday 10am-10pm, Friday-Saturday 10am-11pm, and Sunday 11:30am-9pm.

Really lovely place to sit and enjoy a meal with family and friends. The food was lovely except we had some crumble for dessert which wasn't the best topping. Would definitely visit again.

A lovely restaurant, friendly, helpful staff with delicious home cooked food and they will make your favourite cocktail if it's not on the menu🍹🍸 My new favourite restaurant to dine in when visiting Bath.

Alex our waiter was amazing. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Food was top notch as usual. Wouldn’t expect any less with it being a Hall and Woodhouse pub!

We were visiting Bath from Bristol and Hall & Woodhouse was part of our to go places. We got a coffee and went straight to the roof terrance. The overall ambiance of the place was nice and had a warm feeling. It was extremely busy with so many different floors. People seemed to really enjoyed their meals too! Our coffee was great. A must visit while in Bath.

We called in for Sunday lunch and stayed for four hours! Loved the vibe, fantastic service. They let dogs in on the ground floor as well which is a bonus!
