We provide eight en-suite bedrooms across our main house, annexe, and Bothy lodge. Rooms feature Egyptian cotton linen, free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, and scenic views. Ground-floor options cater to guests with mobility needs, while The Bothy offers exclusive seclusion with a private hot tub.
Spa Treatments
Our spa offers massages, facials, and body treatments using professional-grade products. Options range from 30-minute express sessions to 90-minute luxury packages, including add-ons like hand/foot massages and hopi ear candling. Treatments must be booked in advance with accommodation packages.
Heated Swimming Pool
Our 10m x 4m heated pool and steam room are available to guests via pre-booked time slots. Non-guests can hire the pool privately from 12.50 per person. Facilities include shower-side access, private changing cubicles, and disabled-friendly amenities for inclusive relaxation.
Wedding Hosting
We host exclusive weddings and celebrations with full use of our guest house, grounds, and spa. Packages include two-night stays, seven guest rooms, and The Bothy bridal suite. Clients may use preferred suppliers for dcor and catering, while we provide licensed bar services.

How do I book a room at Burton Lodge?
Rooms can be booked directly through our website or by calling 01964 542847. We recommend advance reservations, especially for Bothy lodge and wedding/event bookings.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 3pm, with check-out by 11am. Early/late access for packages available between 11am-3pm on adjacent days.
Are pets allowed in the accommodation?
Pets are permitted in Rooms 6 and 7 (annexe) with prior approval. Contact us directly to arrange pet-friendly stays.
How does your sustainability policy work?
We use solar power, biomass heating, and filtered water dispensers. Guests help by reusing towels unless placed for replacement, reducing water and energy consumption.
Can I hire the pool without staying overnight?
Yes, our pool is available for private hire from £12.50 per person. Bookings require a minimum of two people and must be arranged in advance via email or phone.
What wedding packages do you offer?

We arrived really early but we were allowed access to our room well before checking in time and offered a coffee..would we stay here again...most definitely!

Very nice room with views. Breakfast 10 out of 10. Lots of places to visit. Local pub Dacre Arms excellent food and nice staff.

I've been here a week, and they could not have been nicer. Delicious breakfast arranged for me despite having to leave early in the morning (all set with a the fridge in the dining room)
The pool area is bliss, meaning I could really relax. Everyone I came into contact with was delightful and nothing was any bother. Sorry to Ian (owner), but John gets the top marks for arranging the booking and making all so easy! So lucky to get another night here: hurrah!

I attended a wedding function at the weekend, AND WOW! This place is amazing!! A beautiful venue, excellent staff, the lodge has everything you need! Friendly owner's who are passionate for their business. It really is a must place to visit!

Stayed here on the 2nd August just for one night in the Bothy .It was hidden away in a beautiful garden with private hot tub which was lovely.We had everything we needed, a big comfy bed modern bathroom and extra touches like snacks and drinks.We had a breakfast hamper brought to us in the morning which we enjoyed eating out in the garden.All in all a perfect stay.
